Looking for gamers
 

Is there anyone out there who plays the APBA or Strat-o-Matic sports games? Also looking for people who still enjoy the old Avalon Hill or SPI games.

I haven't played in a long time, but would be interested in a group for any of the games you mentioned.

I don't play the baseball games but have played AH and SPI games as well as other wargames and have playtested for both companies. You can also play some of these games online (play by mail). At one time I put an ad in the rec. news for other gamers but no response. In any case I'd be willing to play wargames (or conflict simulations).

Right now my favorite game are House Divided (a fairly simple civil war game) and Liberty, a Columbia block game of the American Revolution which I haven't played as yet. You can't play the Columbia games solitaire.

Wow! I haven't played either baseball game in decades, but would love to get together and play again.

We had a Strat league when I lived up north. The league lasted 35 years! I still have the game and cards. Would love to play again. Keep me posted.
