Classified with no phone number
 

I can't figure out how to contact someone on classified when there is no email or phone number. Am I missing something to click on?

You can send them a personal message (pm) with your contact info.

I had the same problem. Ifyou are logged in to TOTV with your name and password you should see button links on the right side of the add with contact information i.e. Email and phone number. If you do not see them contact the TOTV technical staff. It took weeks of persistence on my part but they finally used my name and password and got the issue resolved. Good luck!

Click on the seller's name........a window will drop down, with an option to send them a message.

Copy their user name from the right side of the classified ad. Go to the top of the main screen on the gold bar and click the "Usercp" button. Scroll down in the left column to "send message". Paste the name in the box to send them a message. I tried clicking on the name on the classified ad and it did not work for me.

You have to log in to the classified ad section to see the persons phone number (I had to log out then log back in). On the right hand side of the page they have 2 boxes. One says "Show contact number," that is where you will find the phone number if the seller has posted it.

Exactly! I am always logged in and just use my favorites button to look at TOTV. However, sometimes to get the contact info you want, you have to log out and log back in fresh.

Don't understand why people who have stuff to sell make potential buyers jump through hoops to get to them. Why not just put your phone number or email there...

I agree. Many people don't know you have to SIGN IN in order to see the seller's contact info. If you really want to sell your stuff, it's a much better idea to put your email and/or phone number within your message.
