Best answer: Yes; the Supreme Court could issue a ruling interpreting the Constitution in such a way as to permit the Court's overturning a presidential pardon. The only ways to overturn that ruling would be to impeach the justices responsible and/or pack the Court with justices who would reverse the decision; or amend the Constitution.
