Builders in Pine Ridge
 

We just signed on the dotted line to build in Pine Ridge. Our builder will be Chuck Casamasima. Does anyone have experience with that builder? thank you!!

We just moved into our new house in Osceola Hills a month ago and Chuck was our builder. I met him once about a week before closing when I just stopped by the house. He is a young guy to hold such a responsible position, so he must be pretty smart.

Our house had a few minor problems, like the water heater and washing machine not working because the wiring was done incorrectly, and a few cosmetic flaws. All of the people who have come by to address these problems have been very nice and professional. We have been pleased with the whole home-building process.
