Stainless Steel under mount Sink

I have a stainless steel under-mount sink. The silicone grout has become black and needs replaced.

Who should I call? A plumber? A handyman? A grout cleaner?

I personally think the sink needs to be removed, the silicone removed and replaced.

Ideas?
