Village of Poinciana
 

Hi,
Wondering if anyone can tell me anything (positives/negatives) about the Village of Poinciana. I am coming to TV on Thurs. and will be looking at a home in Poinciana. Thanks for any info.

Best wishes for your search of a home in Poinciana (and any other location within The Villages). I am not a resident of Poinciana, but know that it is centrally located south of 466 and is near Lake Sumter Landing, Cane Garden Country Club, Hibiscus Rec. Ctr, Lake Miona Reg. Ctr, and the yet-to-be built Seabreeze Rec. Ctr. It is convenient to medical offices at LSL and Sweetbay Supermarket. All-in-all, Poinciana, like most of The Villages, is an excellent location.

We live in Poinciana and LOVE it........we are very close to Lake Sumter Landing. You would be hard pressed to find a part of The Villages you won't like. This is Heaven. I wish you the best........

Thanks for the info. Looking forward to my visit. I'm currently in Myrtle Beach but I am a "New Yorker" from the Hudson Valley area, 1+ hr. north of NYC, my son lives in Manhattan. Does anyone belong to the New York Club?
Glad to know Village of Poincianna is nice, and do believe TV is the place to live. Comng as fast as I can. :crap2:
