Hi, I'm new to sprinkler maintenance. Can someone give me a range of what I might expect to pay someone to replace 2 sprinkler heads? Thanks.

Jim Baumgardner, there will be a charge for coming to your house (typically), and cost for sprinkler heads depends on the type of head. I have posted his phone number several times, it is not handy at the moment.

Another vote for Jim...for a small charge, he'll do a whole system evaluation, advise you on what needs replacement or change, give you an estimate and then it's your choice whether to proceed or not. He'll also explain how to program the system, what settings, etc. Work is guaranteed. He's the best....

Jim is on vacation for a couple more weeks. His voice mail recommended Joe Tucker for emergencies. Joe was at our house within 30 minutes to fix our broken head. $25. BTW we had Massey look at our system when we moved in. They recommended $800 worth of work. Jim did everything that was really needed for $200.

Joe Tucker came today to fix my sprinkler problems. Did a great job, in about an hour for $70. I highly recommend him. He was prompt, polite and got the job done. I paid someone else to do this same job last summer and they charged me $55 and did not fix it.

Thanks, turns out I had a big leak from a pipe that the mowers broke off underground. Joe Tucker fixed it for me. He was great!

Used both Jim and Joe Tucker. IMHO Joe, who was trained by Jim, is the better choice. My neighbors also agree. They said that they found Jim condescending. As is often the case one guy's cofidence comes across to some as arrogance. You can't go wrong with either but my go to sprinkler guy of choice is Joe Tucker.
