Anybody know what happend at Burger King?

I was told that there was "crime scene" tape around the Burger King on 27/441 near Spanish Springs this morning (Monday). Patrons were not permitted to enter the building. By afternoon, the tape was gone and business seemed to be "as usual."

Hopefully it was the vice squad nailing that perverted Burger King character and his infatuation with young girls and their "square butts."

The story was in the Orlando paper (online) yesterday. There was a holdup at 4AM and they had AK47's! When they found out that there was no manager there to open the cash box they fled.

I can't find the link.

On my way to work at 6:30 am I too saw the crime tape with no lights on.....made me wonder if they were robbed as my first instinct.
As a Fast Food Owner in The Villages, we have always been vigilant, keeping an eye on our store even from a distance at night and odd hours. The AK 47 is a new wrinkle that adds more to the equation of trying to keep our employees safe.

The robbers wearing masks with AK 47's is a whole new arena.

Burger King incident

I had feared that someone finally went berserk while Bon Qui Qui was taking their order.
