Here we come!
 

We purchased a Wisteris in St Charles and will be down to settle on May 22nd. We are soooooooo excited. We are a bit concerned that we will not have neighbors as the area is new.

We just rode through there today and I was surprised to see occupied homes already - I don't know what street you are on, but they seem to be occupied as soon as they are done. There were several people at their pool. I think you will be fine. You will be meeting everyone as they move in and even more at the rec centers.

I think it would be easier to be the first in - not the last.

This way YOU can become the new ambassadors and make a point of making sure the newbies feel at home. Just think how that will make them feel to be welcomed. It will be a great first impression of you as well.

You'll have neighbors soon enough once the seeds are dispersed the night before and watered. The next day you have instant homes with neighbors. It's true, they grow that fast. Just ask others. ;)
