China foreign minister says ready to improve US relations


China is ready to improve relations with the United States following the election of Donald Trump as the next U.S. president, Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi said on Sunday.

"We want to improve our relations under the Trump administration," Wang said through a translator at a joint news conference with his Turkish counterpart in Ankara, where he was on an official visit.

Negotiation is all about negotiating from a position of strength whether it business or a personal assault. He has made it clear that he will strike back. He has made it clear he can walk away from a deal. He has shown that he can and will mend fences when needed.

Let's hope he contains his ego. Let's hope he takes counsel from his cabinet and advisors.

He has built quite a bit of capital with the American people let's hope he doesn't wast it on trivia.
