Vinyl Picket Fence
We have an AWESOME wedge lot on a cul de sac and would love to install a white vinyl picket fence to keep our furbaby in, but be able to see out.
We will check into other sources, but just throwing it out here to see if homeowners are allowed to install such a fence. We are on the Pine Hills/Pine Ridge line. Thx much. :highfive: |
that's a big no no........

Did you :read: your "Deed Restrictions" before spending what I would guess is hundreds of thousands of dollars? |
Vinyl Picket Fence
Go for it. I'd love to see it. There are many styles that emulate real wood, hard to tell unless you get up real close.
Be sure to check with ARC first ! |
If you are not able to install picket fence, consider an invisible fence. We have had 4 dogs in the past (one now) who were trained to stay inside the fence line.

you could alway add a patio with a wall as long as you don't infringe on you set backs
