I would like to introduce myself. My name is Raymond. I’m originally from German and I moved about 2 years ago to FL. I’m the Owner from the German Restaurant “The Schnitzel Factory” in Ocala as well. Since I saw this Forum I would like to be a member and sponsor. It is very informative and very friendly too. :coolsmiley:

I spent three years in Hof an Saale, Nord BAyern right on the Czech border. Loved the people and the food and the china and crystal factories. I am really looking forward to our move to The Villages and good essen at your restaurant.

Welcome Raymond. I grew up in a German area of NYC. My father was born in Darmstadt. My mother still makes Sauerbraten and Rouladen at special family gatherings. I'd love to get up to try your restaurant this month. Where are you located?

We are located on 1053 NE 14th st, Ocala.

A fitnesss studio, a stylist, a pizza place. It is in a strip mall but it is a large stand alone building.
