Customer Service at Jos. A Banks
 

We recently ordered and paid for a sport jacket at Joseph A Banks in Sumter. Big mistake!! Two weeks later item still not in. Called store and they said it was due in any day. Still no item so went in to store. Female manager got very nasty because we were asking about status. Said it was never ordered and they would now order. Asked for refund and she said she couldn't until item was received by store. After a small conversation she did credit my credit card but was extremely nasty. They really need to get some people working there who can do a good job and be nice about it !!!
