Help Soldering on a PCB
 

Does anyone have good soldering skills or know someone who does? I need to unsolder (is that a word?) and remove a very small transistor from a printed circuit board and solder in a new transistor.

I could try this alone but would be delighted to receive assistance from someone with experience in soldering/desoldering from PCBs. Thanks.
