any one have any experience with this company? we are looking to this management group for our home.

We used them after we bought our house (we're not yet retired and so aren't living in TV yet). At first we paid them to keep an eye on the house, let in contractors, etc. Later, we decided to rent the house unfurnished and they found us renters who were great. After the lease was up, we decided not to rent again as we'll be moving before long, so they're back to keeping an eye on the house. You do have to prod them now and again to get answers to questions you might have, but they've largely been good for us.

Bad Experience....I'd stay clear!!

Research previous comments on rental companies. This one was on here a while back.

Can't find that reference. Can you help me find it as we are considering using them for a short term rental. They have lots of rentals on ****.

I have been a house they manage for over 4 years. Excellent !!!

We use them and are very happy with their services. We have one vacation rental in the Villages and we use it in the off season. Hubby locked himself out once and someone with a key was at our house in 6 minutes. Every time we arrive, the house is sparkling clean. There have been a couple of minor issues, of course. I have 10 years' experience with property managers elsewhere and DHPM's "error rate" has been very low.
