I would recommend Berardi's Home Watch Service. Dom and Barb care for your home like they would care for their own. Insured and Bonded and only the two of them, no employees. I presently have a home watch person who basically keeps an eye on the property and would meet renters. He is paid on an annual basis. Do I give him a 1099 for tax purposes?
