We wrote a poor review on Trip Adviser a few weeks ago and on our next visit were asked by the manager to leave and not come back. We were playing Trivia there for a month or more and found to food poor, often served less than a desirable temperature, and service adequate at best. The Trivia is good but the food poor. Oh well, I guess they do not take constructive comments...bad management is their main problem

How did the manager know it was you who wrote the poor review on trip advisor?

Unless you told the manager you wrote a bad review and showed it to him, he would have no idea who reviews the restaurant.

BTW, I went to the Trip Advisor reviews and did not see any scathing reviews on the restaurant.

Maybe it was something else that got you kicked out?

5 of the last 10 are bad...just looked again...look at the Yelp reviews too.

He figured it out by name on review and credit card payment....

wow......customer service at its best....

but, again, if it was so bad....why did you go back?

Its a cheap joint

We went there about 7 years ago. Found a hair in our nachos, melted into the cheese. Pointed it out to waiter and management. They did nothing. We paid for our drinks and left. Haven't been back and don't plan on going back... Ever!
