Need Pain Management Dr Recommendation
 

looking for Dr recomendation for pain management.
Lower back, sciaticia.

I used ROger Spencer who used to be at Citrus Pain Mgmt on Buenas Aires, then he moved to Ocala and now I can't find him and they won't tell me where he is. Vance Elshire was recommended by my neurologist (he is in Ocala) but I haven't gone to him yet (but need to). They are hard to find and even harder to get into.

If you need someone in TV Health System, I was sent to Dr. Amy Clunn last June. She is a physiatrist, which is a physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor. Her main office is behind the Paddock Mall in Ocala located in the SIMED Medical Office. She has a Villages office on 441 across from Target by the banks, she is usually there on Thursdays. If you need rehab, they have a rehab facility co-located at the Villages Branch. She may look very young, but she's 49 years old.

I second Dr. Alger. (I am currently under his care and I got his name from this forum). The name of his practice is Arbor Medical
Building 200 (behind Paws Animal Hospital in Laurel Manor right off of Buena Vista Boulevard). Telephone is 352-205-8812. I am very happy with the services I have received. He is very young (these days aren't they all) but I don't hold that against him LOL. He seems to really want to solve your problem -- so he is not a pain-killer pusher.

Dr. Daryoush Payman M.D. best interventional spine doctor in the area. Very honest, forward, and will do what is best for you. He has great reviews on healthgrades.com which is where i found him and he lives up to the 5 star rating.
