If you are talking about the silicone dolls there are many people who make them on Etsy.com | Shop for anything from creative people everywhere. You can also buy them imported from China and other places on Ebay. Locally I don't know

I would like to buy it Locally .I know there are people around here that makes them I saw them before walking
around the craft show .
