wondering if anyone can recommend an attorney who can evaluate an agreement i am making with someone up in pa. thanks in advance.

I dont know what type of agreement you are loking at but I used Frank Amatea in Ocala to review some "S" Corporation documents I prepared before I filed them with the Florida State Corporation Commission.
