Trail fee
 

The application for trail fees says it covers up to 4 people at an address for 1 year. Does this 1year run from the time it is paid or Jan. to Jan. or some other one year period? Is it prorated?

One year from the time it is paid.

And you have to remember when the end date is so you can renew the trail fees. There is no reminder notice. Some starters will remind you that you are out of time and give you the benefit of the doubt and not charge you. Other starters will charge you the $3.50 per person with an expired trail fee.

So being a new owner/resident tell me if I am straight. Being part timers for the first 3 years to wife retires so we do not plan on doing the Priority Golf until full-time. Did not want o pay the trail fee for entire year also, so we just have to pay the $7 for the two of us each time we play correct?

There is a six month trail fee option - $105.93. Annual is $141.24.

As stated above the trail fee is $141.24 per year. If you plan on playing more than 20 times together a year, the trail fee is the better bargain.

Do the math and see if that is correct. 141/7=20 rounds of executive golf.
