National Doughnut (Donut) Day
 

Today is National Doughnut Day (who knew?). :a040:
National Doughnut Day honors the Salvation Army "Lassies" of WWI, and is celebrated on the 1st Friday in June.
In keeping with celebrating this festive occasion, I would like to know everyone's favorite doughnut shops, in and around The Villages.

Who knew, I guess I'll have to go to the donut shop and getting dozen or so

Dunkin and Krispy Kreem are giving out free donuts with a coffee purchase today

I haven't found a really good Donut Shop in TV and it is not from lack of looking.:icon_hungry: So if you know of one please tell me.

I do have an excellent recommendation if you are ever up in my part of the the World.

The Moose is Loose in Soldotna Alaska. The Best Apple Fritters I have ever had and the other pastries are excellent too, and yes I have tried them all. During the summer Tourist season they sell out quick. You have to get there early to beat all the Fishing People headed out to the World Class Salmon Fishing on the Kenai River, they open at 4am.

Wow I just made myself hungry. Told my Boss it is National Donut Day and he is going to buy us all Donuts.
