Bed Rental

We have guests coming for my birthday and only have 2 beds. Does anyone know where we could get an extra bed for a day or two? I called Rent-a-center and Aaron's and you have to rent by the month. Thanks

There are some darned nice inflatable air-beds you can buy for not a whole lot of money. When not in use, they fold up and store in not a lot of space. I think the one we have came from Target but I am not sure. Check around if you are interested in this possible solution.........also, that means that bed is yours and always available for just your company.

Air-beds have come a long way since the first one we bought decades ago.

I would second an air mattress.

I agree. We have two of them, a queen and a twin. They are very comfortable and I would think a lot more sanitary than renting a bed.

Oh my, yes, Dr,

I was going to say that part, too. I confessed in my earlier post that I am persnickety and would not want a bed from one of those rental places to be in my house. A bed with a history of getting around. But I took that part out, but now here I am......Persnickety Me, back in this thread to be in agreement with what needed to be said. Thanks.

We bought 2 queen-size air mattresses from Walmart when we first arrived. If I remember correctly they were somewhere between $60-80 each. They have a built in motor to inflate and deflate. And they are high off the ground so you don't feel like you are sleeping on the floor or have problems getting up. My husband and I both found them incredibly comfortable and would highly recommend.
