I have used them 2 times,,,they are great, on time ,, sure they had a drunk driver 6 months ago,,, but that has passed,,, driver today was josh,,, kind young man , safe driver, was able to book the pickup with zero hassle. the biggest thing to realize this is a shuttle service,,,if you want to leave immediately on your own personal service at your own designated time,, HIRE A LIMO SERVICE!!!AT MUCH HIGHER COST,,,for $30 we should be happy they dont send a 88 oldsmobile station wagon with a dirty crackhead for a driver...with his hooker girlfriend riding shotgun!,,I will use this shuttle again...

I used them on a one-way from MCO to The Villages last week and was blown away by their customer service. First, as promised, I received a phone call and an email (which was helpful since I was out of the country and not monitoring my voice mail) with my drivers information, phone number and scheduled pickup and location.

However, thanks to 20 degree icy weather in Dallas, we ended up almost 90 minutes late getting into Orlando. I realized this was likely in Dallas and sent an email to Signature before I lost access asking what I should do. At Orlando there was an email with the name and number of their dispatcher, but even better was a text from my driver advising that he knew of our delay and was waiting to meet up. We texted back and forth, keeping him updated on our progress (we had to wait for a gate at MCO) and there he was.

I was also impressed with their modern and comfortable van and the direct drop at our door.

I will certainly use them again.

I am a very frequent flyer and have used Signature several times with great results. The other shuttle companies are using ancient vehicles, some with over 300,000 miles. Let's give some business to the newcomer!

Wife & I have lived in The Villages over 13 years, and have used 3 different shuttle companies to Orlando & Sanford. Signature Coach has been our favorite since they started in business a little over a year ago. Have used them 4 times now, and will not use anyone else in the future.

My son has used them 5 times when he comes to visit us. We have always had very good service from Signature and hope this will continue.

Where exactly does Signature pick up their passengers arriving in MCO?

They normally send an email where they plan to meet the passengers or you can have them meet the passengers in the baggage carousel area.
