We want to move to The Villages and just heard about the CDD issue and the IRS. Can anyone tell me what that's about?

Thanks for you reply. I read all with interest. Don't want anything to discourage us from moving down. We've been visiting for 8 yrs. Now, any pros or cons about purchasing a patio villa.
