From whom should I buy Golf Cart insurance
 

Our first cart is ordered. I've read here and been told by the salesman that it's not necessarily wise to buy golf cart insurance from your home insurance provider for liability limitation reasons. Can anybody recommend a golf cart insurance provider that sells reasonable coverage for reasonable rates and has a reputation for paying claims without a lot of fighting?

I bought my home and golf cart from The Villages insurance, but they are with different companies. Home is with Integrity and golf cart is with Foremost. Unlike car insurance which seems to go up even though the car gets older, my golf cart insurance on my gas Yamaha started in 2011 at $140 and is now at $110.

I bought my home through The Villages insurance as well and was leaning against them for golf insurance but your comments reminded me that they are more of a broker and that the home and cart insurance, even if both bought through them, are likely to be with different providers. Thanks!
