I had an electrical problem in my shower area with the lighting and called In Charge Electric. Of course the warranty period was over so I wanted a certified electrician to fix the problem. I called in the AM and he showed up that afternoon. All things in the ad was true, he came within the 2 hour period and I printed out the coupon for $20 off the work on their web site. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I am very satisfied with the work.

Yesterday I needed the services of an Electrician. I spotted the ad in TOTV and called James in owner. He had the problem fixed in 15 minutes in a very professional manner. I would recommend his Co and James for your electrical needs..

After reading the earlier posts I called James with IN CHARGE ELECTRIC to get a bid for the installation of 2 ceiling fans and some light kits for existing fans. He was at the house when he said he would be and was very easy to deal with. He uses the same pre-printed bid sheet and prices for everyone so you know the price of the project up front. James special ordered one of my fans in and had it overnighted and he paid the cost. He went to the supply store and picked up the other fan and light kits for me. They started in the morning and didn't stop till they had the whole project completed since I had to return to Illinois the following day. Will use him again for sure.
