Our home is still available from March 31 to the end of October

My husband and I are looking for a 6 month rental. May through October. This sounds perfect. We are selling our home in Georgia, we want to try the villages on for size. We will be there on the 5th 6th and 7th of April, want to secure a place. Can we set an appointment, or .. whom do we contact?
