Development on 466A Restarted
 

It appears that the Beaumont property north of Pinellas Plaza has gotten back in gear. The developer, Wellstone Living LLC, had some financial issues, but has just submitted an application to begin mass grading. This application is to the Southwest Florida Water Management District.

This is the approx 150 acres bounded by 466A, 462, Tamarind Grove, and Trailwinds Village.

Attached is an artist rendering of the proposed development which is part of the application. It also includes my hand-written notes.

One would assume that soon there will be a more detailed view of the development when the developer begins the approval process with Wildwood.

My exact thoughts. Also dust problem to Providence Independent Living. :sad:

Well at least BOTH projects are going at the SAME time, and with any luck will finsh around the same time, that will (hopefully) limit the time we have to endure the dust....
