Frozen Skyline Chili is available at Publix. Heat and serve over pasta with grated cheddar cheese, minced onions and kidney beans.

Have you had Goetta in Cincinnati? Bet you don't know what it is. It is ground pork mixed with pin oats and seasonings and made into a sausage like patty and fried. REALLY GOOD. They even have a Goetta Festival in Cincinnati.

Every major city has their famous food for a very good reason. In Cincinnati it is Cincinnati Chili that has a Greek origin, even though Cincinnati was once largely German. Cincinnati Chili, one brand is called Skyline,( available at Publix in frozen foods) is rich meaty and meant to be served over thin spaghetti with finely grated cheddar on top and minced sweet onions and beans. YUM. It is flavored with some unusual seasonings including Cinnamon.

I've eaten Wendys chili quite a few times, it's OK when you're hungry but not much better than chili from a can.

My favorites, is Chili from Chili's is quite good and believe it or not, the chili at Bob Evans is pretty good.

Make your own chili. is's easy. 2 cans of kidney beans 1 jar of hot salsa 1 pound of burger 1 bay leaf. Simmer drained kidney beans and jar of salsa. Pinch burger into frying pan cook till done add to chili. set to simmer and wait. Need more? Just add more stuff.

Best steak is from Fresh Market. Buy the prime grade and cook it at home. For chilli my wife's is the best. Don't order it out so can't comment on restaurant chilli. Berns is the best steak in Florida and always on the top 10 list of steak houses in the country.

Most of the time Fresh Market has prime choice which is not prime. Costco in Orlando always has at least 3 different cuts that are prime. The prime rib caps are excellent.
