Golf Cart Hitchhiker
 
A great big shout out of thanks to the gentleman from Indiana who picked up this hitchhiker when our golf cart broke down on the Morse Trail. And a thank you to the husband & wife who stopped and called golf cart assistance for us. And....a thank you to the more than 2 dozen plus travelers inquiring if they could assist us.

Yes, the Villages is the friendliest hometown!!!

We are new villagers with a new golf cart venturing out to the chili cook-off. Our cart broke down just outside a tunnel. So many wonderful people offered assistance. THANK YOU!!

And yes, we made it to the chili cook-off.

Each time my cart has broken down I was inundated with offers of help from fellow carters who stopped. It is reassuring to know that people care.
