Distinctive Flooring Has anyone used them
 

We are thinking about getting hardwood flooring from Distinctive Flooring and are wondering if anyone would share their experience with them

Used them. Would not again. Owner was not interested in assisting with a manufacturing company warranty issue. Wanted his money regardless and said it was not his problem. Also had to watch the crew. Had a tendency to take short cuts like just pounding the nails in the chair and table legs when replacing the existing slides, if the nails did not come out when removing the slides. The nail heads then would just cut through the replacement felt pads so had to pull those after the fact and replace the felt pads again ourselves.

Also used them and would not recommend. I had a serious problem with the crew and called to complain. I was told by office manager that Ted would return my call and never did. He had my money so he didn't care.
