Pat Dugan, Villager cleans windows

Pat is a Villager who cleans windows on the side.
Very punctual, truly pleasant personality, amazingly throurough job. Pat cleans outside, inside, takes screens down, cleans the screens, the tracks, the sliding doors, the glass front door
He prices according to:
How many windows
How much difficulty ( landscaping) to get to window
And how dirty the windows are.
Very very happy with his job.
Highly recommend.

I have a Gardenia. He took 5 hrs for this excellent job.

Thanks Lbmb -- this is what I like best about TOTV -- people posting helpful information about a job well done.

Exactly right. No matter what a nice guy a person is, or how good of a job someone does, if they are not insured, that inexpensive job could turn into a financial nightmare for the homeowner.
