Recommendations for Lanai expansion
 

We are looking for a good contractor to expand our lanai, We want to leave it open with the current type of screening. We also want to add a outdoor fire place not fire pit that is gas or propane. I am guessing it would include changing the roof line on the back of the house as the lanai now only covers 3/4 of the back now.
We were wanting to know were you happy with the contractors work, timing, pricing, and service after completion if needed.

We are currently using Demetri Homes to expand our lanai. This is the second project we are using them for. You will not be disappointed in the quality of their work.

T&D.....they are probably the company that built the one you have. They are a preferred Villages contractor for new construction for most of the Villages existence. They may not be your final choice but they should be in the mix.

Would you recommend Detmetri? Did they meant your schedule, any problems?

The first project they did for us (a large addition on the back of our home) they were done ahead of schedule. Absolutely no problems. Great communication and exceptional quality work. The second project (lanai expansion with windows) just started 2 days ago. They did such a good job the first time I never even bothered to get a second bid for the lanai project.

Are you expanding lanai or just enclosing
