Babettes Furniture
 

I bought a leather recliner sectional sofa through Babettes, and have had problems with the structural support in several sections. The wedge was never right and they had someone come uout to rebuild it only after two months of ownership. Now they do not even respond to my emails. Has anyone else out there had problems with the craftsmanship and no response from them?

they were great with us,even after 3 years. are you dealing with tim cook? they fixed our table with no problems

I found their support excellent, but then again I always called them on the phone, didn't use email.

They have always been great. Made numerous purchases.

Its easier to ignore (or lose) emails than phone calls. Definitely call.

Have you considered going to the store to talk with them?

I purchased several pieces of furniture there when we moved here. A few months ago, I went to the store and spoke with Maria in Customer Service about an issue. She took the information and before long, Tim Cook came out and introduced himself. He could not have been more helpful in fixing the problem. Babette's will continue to be my preferred place to shop for furnishings!
