Kane Furniture Bonded Leather Class Action Lawsuit
 

If you bought bonded leather furniture from Kane's you may be able to collect on this class action lawsuit. I know I did. We bought a recliner covered in bonded leather and the top layer of the leather came off before the chair was even a year old. We tried to get a replacement to no avail. Some others have created a class action lawsuit to get our money back. This week I received a questionaire to fill out to apply for my refund. They are giving back either cash or store credit.
