Are you kidding me? $30 billion is chump change...they borrow over $1 TRILLION every year. They build more than 33 of those $30 billion walls each year.
QE and the POMOs were $90 billion a MONTH.

What do people with brown skin contribute as a whole? Half of them are on welfare. they're anywhere from 4 to 10X more violent. EVERYWHERE they live sucks. Every school they "take over", sucks. Everywhere they converge...sucks. What good ARE they?
