Congratulations! We close around the end of Aug., have rented a patio villa for 4 months and hope to have a house by the end of that time or decide to have one built. I have started packing slowly, and the POD is being delivered Aug. 5 and picked up Aug. 27th. We're hoping to get rid of a lot of stuff so we won't have too much to move.
We're excited!

Anytime anyone can sell their home in 47 days is a victory compared to us selling in 447 days. OK maybe not that long but close.

We to close the end of August on Long island and Sept.10th on our home in Bonita.Can't wait, it's been a hectic time. Good luck on your move.

We tried that. We are taking 1 and 1/2 rooms out of 7 and will have a lot to throw out when we get there.
