How do you find out when he will be there?

His pies are the best - he is usually there at 11am on Thursdays - maybe Fridays also - and remains until all of his pies are sold - I think he brings about 50 pies. Having said that, his pies sell very quickly - best Key Lime pie ever. Besides the pies, he is just a nice gentlemen.

Does he sell a small pie that would serve four instead of the full-size pie that serves eight?

He let's one of us know and we are like the town cryers passing the word! I tell two friend and so on...

No.. just the one size.

He puts out his signs on racetrack road announcing his coming, he does not come every week by any means. Normally someone on here has seen his sign and posts that he will be there or else they have a good memory and listen to him tell people waiting in line when he will be back. Get there early or you will not get a pie as they line up before he gets there in anticipation of being in line for a while but it is worth it.
