Any recommendations for a psychiatrist who treats anxiety/depression?

Any replies?

Very hard to find a doctor in this area. Tried to find one to in order to get a renewal of medication. Easier to find someone in Ocala, Gainesville or Tampa area.

There are several at Villages Health Care Speciality Center.

And there are many for whom laughter is the best medicine.

In earlier years I found when I was able to embrace gratitude, I was able to claw my way out of depression. Not saying it was easy but it worked.

True depression is a serious issue. Please don't trivialize it. I'm sorry but I do not know of the doctors here.

Jerseyjoy, Many of us care and hope you get an immediate appointment with a family physician. Dr.Felix Agbo is accepting patients and we have found him to be a warm and caring man with excellent referrals to other physicians.

Please, if you are very sad, call 911 and know that there is hope and that many of us care.
