Little Joey's Shut down

Little Joey's was shut down--looks like they included roaches as meat as an extra for their pizza's

Here you go.

That is a link. The last time I posted a link, a couple of computer illiterates chewed me out because I assumed everyone would recognize a link. You see, what you do is click on the bold, size three font, teal colored words "Here you go", and you will be taken to another webpage with details regarding the subject of this thread. Now, the more cautious among you may wonder if I am sending you to a clown porn site. There is only one way to find out.

Chatbrat, I saw the report in the online site. All I could think was "ick"! The report indicated it was open the next day after cleanup. This reaction was similar to when I read about the Chinese food place that had the same problem. To my way of thinking, if a food establishment waits until the inspector comes around to take care of a problem like this, rather than being extremely proactive with this type issue, why on earth would I possibly want to eat there even after the inspector's "go-ahead". Pride of ownership/operation appears to be lacking!

Rapscallion you're too funny!

At least they supported the local Home Depot , by using one of their orange buckets for storing sauce-a big NO NO

If they ever try to use that bucket for painting, the whole place will smell like garlic...oh wait..it already does.

We tried Little Joeys a couple years back, won't go into the grisly details that I wrote about back then; suffice it to say, we swore to never return. This news comes as no surprise.

I'll venture of guess that this sort of problem exists with many eating establishments in florida, if not all to varying degrees

The news of Little Joey's being closed came out about the same time as the health department closing Chefs of Napoli.
The story of the closings was pretty much, the same for both of them.

Please note: They both were able to reopen the following day.
