South of 466A services needed

It would be great if someone would open these new businesses on Hwy 44:

>full service car wash
>bowling Alley
> Trader Joe's
>Krispy Kreme

What would you love to open here? Please leave feedback!

Don't hold your breath--especially for a Trader Joes

Villager Joyce 03-02-2017 01:31 PM

Panda Express

Doubt if the population would support a full service car wash. There are two on 441 which provide good washes. 44 business's will grow in due time.....then we will complain about all the traffic

Costco's or BJ's
P.F. Changs
a GOOD pizzeria
a miniature golf course for the grandkids
bowling alley
a night club similar to the original Katie Belle's
a 10 mile long well paved and maintained bicycle only path for the cyclists so they stay out of harm's way
another driving range so we don't have to wait around 1/2 hour at Sarasota to get a place to hit from

There is a bowling alley about 10 min from Brownwood. Go down 44 towards Leesburg. Stay straight where 44 takes a hard right into Leesburg and it will be on your right.

Dairy Queen, Container Store and Nordstrom Rack.

Golf Courses. Regional and Neighborhood Rec Centers. Outdoor Pools. CC Restaurants. The Squares.......

These are the things you can already see, no matter where you buy in TV. I have always thought that was a major advantage to buying here. The amenities are in place. Not distant promises.

But as TV sprawls south, location can become more of a consideration when it comes to outside commercial development. It might take a while.

Target

Another vote for a Dairy Queen.

The villages just announced 14,000 new home going in south of Hwy 44.

Indeed...use to bowl in a league...very old place!

To make TV south end the perfect retirement community, I go along with Dairy Queen, Treasure Island Beach and the John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Trasher's French Fries from Ocean City Maryland, Boog Powell's BBQ, Crab Cakes from Baltimore, a Jersey Mike's Sub Shop, a Championship Golf Course with green fees of $30 all year-round, a 1,500 seat covered amphitheater with Tom Petty playing opening night with ticket prices of $25 and Van Halen, ZZ Top, Journey and similar type acts booked in the future, a first class minor league baseball stadium with the Chicago Cubs or Baltimore Orioles spring training home and a Florida State League Minor League Team the remainder of the year. I could go on, but you all get the idea.

Trashers waiting line is like this all day and night from Memorial Day to Labor Day. They have no ketchup, vinegar only.

They chop the whole potatoes into french fries right in front of your eyes.
