Wondering if there is anyone retired in The Villages that has been in the Commercial real estate field. I am moving toward 1031 exchanges and could use some help in identifying exchange property. No interest in homes of apartments. Prefer to buy NNN where management is easy or better yet to be a part of a larger group that invests, develops, buys, manage and ultimately sells properties. Location and end game are all part of the equation.
