You're being too kind. I've actually reached the point that if a client hires them, I suggest they get someone new to watch their home. The battles to get SS to do their job just isn't worth it.

Do not use Service Smart. Do not sign an annual contract to get a better rate. They will not do what they say they do. Their ownership and management have not responded to several calls regarding their service. :ohdear:

Service Smart is definitely bad news! Never sign a contract with them. You will be taken.
