How to Dispose of Lawn Mower
 

It's a power push mower. And no, it's not in good enough shape to repair or sink any money into or sell. I just want to get rid of it. Does our trash pickup service have any sort of large item service? Something else?

Give them a call, they will pick up large items.

Put it on the curb the night before trash pickup. It will be gone before the garbage truck ever arrives.

Or craigslist, under Ocala wanted items there are people who will pickup for free.

If you go this route Meet the "buyer" at a neutral public location NEVER at your home

I'd recommend the parking lot of police station. It's shaky enough even there with some of folks we read about in news every day.

Put it at the end of your driveway with a big sign that says...FREE. :D

Take it to the nearest scrap metal guy. Probably worth 5 bucks.

Call county pick-up for large items........748-0109 They'll give you a pick-up date.
