Beware of company called 1st Cart Rental & Sales
 

We had a bad experience with this company. We gave him a deposit to purchase a cart with items added & items to be corrected on the cart. When the cart was delivered the items weren't corrected & used parts were installed. When we asked for a bill of sale at the time of delivery he wanted the delivery man to write something on a piece of paper. Since it wasn't what we ordered, we refused delivery. When we requested our deposit back, he laughed in our face & said thanks for your money & walked away!

1st cart rental
 

We are having a similar experience with this company. Called for a rental cart for 4 days, cart was delivered and we paid cash up front.
Went to use the cart and found it to be dirty and our plans had changed and decided we did not want it for 4 days. Called and asked that the cart be picked and we
would pay for one day of rental and asked for refund of the other 3 days cost. The owner laughed at us and said he would not pick up the
cart and would only pick it up on original planned date and that no refund would be given. This man has no customer service skills whatsoever.
Tried to negotiate with him and he hung up on us twice and found him to be very arrogant and rude.
We have filed a complaint with the Sumter County Sheriff's office and with Seniors vs Crime.

They don't care like a lot of companies here. There will always be another customer to come along and take their place. I looked at that link and the amount of complaints against them. They just don't care.

I dealt with him over 5 years ago. Never, never ever again.

And the complaints date back to 2011!
