Country Club Membership Enhancements
 

I have looked at the membership enhancements on The Villages web site and have a question about the cost. Does the yearly cost go from Jan 1 to Dec 31and get prorated if you sign up later in the year?

If the information is on The Villages web site, I couldn't find it or maybe I didn't understand what it said.

We are not yet able to fully enjoy the home we bought in April, but we are comming down in September for a week. The nearest pool to us is the Hacienda Hills CC pool, which needs a membership fee. The $260 per couple cost for a year is a little steep if we only get to use it a couple of times in September and maybe again in Nov/Dec this year.

The yearly dues commences on the date that you enroll. I don't feel that a part time resident would be able to recoup the cost. If you are full-time and play a championship course twice a week, it will pay for itself. I hope this information helps you.
