We don't know the full story and if a progressive has to admit Judge Napolitano is a stand up guy. Let's allow the facts to play out.

While James Comey said there was no evidence he didn't say it didn't happen. Why? because if it did happen its a criminal act and anyone intending on committing a crime is going to plan very carefully not to leave evidence behind

I'm actually surprised that Faux News would even do this, given that typically they have no problem...when conservatives lie and start unsubstantiated rumors.

I am setting aside the issue of Russia involvement or wiretapping because of the hyper-partisan and explosive atmosphere in Washington. Frankly the accusations and attacks are getting sickening from both sides and i have taken not to believe anyone.

I am interested in the issue as respects this Judge because I have always enjoyed his non-partisan analysis. he's a very bright guy who shows himself to be a man of integrity. so this aspect of it i will be watching closely.
