Advice for self rental
 

I am currently using a rental management company to rent my home and think I can do at least as well by renting it myself. That will also save 20% of the income. I only got the 3 peak months this year with the management company and even then only when I became the squeaky wheel.

I've read back through the existing threads for information. Now I'm looking for some specifics such as contracts, where to advertise, normal rent and fees up front, etc.

I plan to use Cunningham Home Service to assist with renters and home watch.
