water aerobics for a newbie
water aerobics for a newbie,, my wife and I are wanting to begin doing water aerobics we are looking for a class that is friendly is for new folks that are wanting to learn we are willing to travel most anywhere in the villages can anyone recommend a good beginners class the time or place it's not important thank you for any knowledge he would be willing to share

There really are no beginner classes per se. You can go to any class that looks if interest to you. Try a few different classes to see which ones you like. The Rec news has all the listings. My favorites are Jeans Aerobics @ Eisenhower & Seabreeze & Ricks Aerobics @ Eisenhower but those two locations are closer to me. I do know Colony has a lot of water aerobics classes but I have yet to try any of those. Just do what you can you are still moving. Remember relax & have fun. I would also suggest to arrive at least 1/2 hr before. [emoji6]

Most water aerobics here are in that beginners range. Hard to get up a heart rate. In most classes here my calorie burn is about 250. At Our gym up north it's over 800. But it's better than no exercise at all for most

not really looking for calorie burn, just wanting to keep flexibly
